Forty-four years is a long time to keep doing what you love — and keep getting better at it. For SelectTech Services Corporation, 44 years isn’t just a milestone, it’s a reminder of what’s possible when you put smart, driven people together and give them room to build and solve real world problems.
This anniversary is the first under new leadership with Heather Fattah, president and CEO, and Anne Beecroft, senior vice president of finance and contracts, but the mission hasn’t changed — not even a little. SelectTech is still about integrity, agility and people who are passionate about doing things right.
“SelectTech has always been a company built by people who care — about the work, the mission and the customer,” said Beecroft. “From its start as a woman-owned business in the early 1980s to the team we have today, that integrity and drive hasn’t changed. What’s exciting about the future is taking that same foundation and pushing it further — growing, innovating and finding new ways to support the government and partners’ missions without ever losing who we are.”
What has changed? The company is continuing to evolve, from its growing portfolio of advanced manufacturing and integration capabilities to a freshly launched website built to showcase our strengths and communicate better with our customers.
“Our new website is built the same way we build everything else — with intention, collaboration and a few late nights,” said Phillip Polk, director of strategic operations at SelectTech. “It’s about showing the world who we are and making it easier for our customers to get what they need — fast. They rely on us and that trust is what fuels us to keep powering ahead into this next chapter.”
The website is completely reimagined, designed to work as hard as the people behind it. With clearer navigation, refreshed visuals and easier access to the company’s capabilities and expertise, the new site reflects the focus on transparency, quality and momentum.
